ACNE TIP: ICE YOUR BREAKOUTS

Updated: Apr 13, 2020

ICE ICE BABY

ICE YOUR FACE & YOUR BREAKOUTS!

Why you ask? Ice helps calm inflammation. When you ice an active, inflamed breakout it can not only calm the area, but also helps aid the healing process as well as speed up the healing process. Ice is essential for all of my acne clients and their home care regimens.

If you have a Jade Roller you can easily stick it in the fridge or freezer and grab the roller as needed. Using ice or cold gemstone rollers on the skin is beneficial for anyone struggling with acne. I recommend icing twice daily, during your morning and evening regimen. Typically after your initial cleanse, for at least two minutes on each side of the face right before you apply your toner.

Next time you are experiencing an active breakout try the ice method, you will be pleasantly surprised at how fast that breakout reduces in size, is less painful, as well as heals a lot faster then a normal breakout that is not treated with ice.

If you have used ice on your breakouts in the past and witnessed the benefits for yourself please leave feedback, so that others can know that this is no joke! Just an easy method to calm an active breakout.

Much love,
